Grimsby in Bloom is proud to hold two prestigious Silver Gilt awards from the Britain in Bloom competition, earned in 2013 and 2015. These accolades reflect the dedication of our volunteers and community in enhancing Grimsby’s natural beauty, promoting sustainability, and fostering local pride. Being recognised at a national level is a true honour and continues to inspire our work today.
Civic Awards
Grimsby in Bloom’s Repair Café is proud to have received the Civic Award in 2024 for Environmental Impact. This recognition highlights the Repair Café’s commitment to sustainability by helping the community reduce waste, extend the life of everyday items, and promote a culture of reuse and repair. Grimsby in Bloom is incredibly proud that The Pavilion Café has been awarded the East Midlands in Bloom Best Retail/Commercial Premises award. This recognition celebrates the care and creativity put into the café’s beautiful surroundings, which not only enhance the visitor experience but also serve as a welcoming, green space for the local community. Grimsby in Bloom is honoured to have achieved Level 5 – Outstanding in the RHS It’s Your Neighbourhood Awards for three consecutive years: 2022, 2023, and 2024.
